Main Hall Rental
Our Main Hall is one big open ballroom. The main hall is used for both the ceremony and reception space. Its original character offers a unique space for any style of wedding.
All The Amenities For Your Big Day
Old Brick has a lower level that many couples use for their wedding party to get ready in or use as a staging area for supplies, etc. There are also additional bathrooms on the lower level. In addition, there is a new outdoor 2,000 square foot patio. The patio is an ideal space for cocktail hour in between your ceremony and reception.
Friday & Saturday Wedding Special
We have a wedding special for renting both Friday and Saturday. Many couples like to rent Friday so they can set up all day Friday and have their rehearsal dinner here too. Please see the wedding event page for options.
A deposit of $500 is required to hold your date. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason. It is refundable after your event.
If you cancel your event for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
No. We do not have catering on site. You are allowed to use whatever outside catering you choose.
Yes. Beer and wine only. We have a limit of 2 kegs. All events serving alcohol must have event insurance with liquor liability.
Yes. We have a private parking lot with 23 spaces. There are also several public parking ramps nearby as well as on-street parking.
Ceremony & Reception Space
Our Main Hall is 3,000 square feet.
Our max capacity is 300 seated in rows. We can accommodate 250 seated at tables.
Yes. They are included in your rental package.
No. We do not provide linens or table settings.
We have a small area in the front of the ballroom for a bar. In addition, we have a 2,000 square foot outdoor patio.
